Job description


Manage player accounts and comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and patron profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Provide superior level of guest service.
  • Identify, solicit and register high-end players.
  • Assist premium customers with reservations and acquisition of amenities and work closely with casino operations to ensure that high limit players are recognized and acknowledged.
  • Act as a guest liaison, handle issues & resolve situations to ensure smooth operations
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity / responsibility in handling Horseshoe Indianapolis assets.
  • Assist with the maintenance of players as required, including on and off property VIP special event coverage
  • Be available to meet and greet premium customers while they are on property.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility throughout the facility during the majority of the shift.
  • Maintains close ties with targeted customers through personal contact by phone and in person in order to generate incremental gaming revenues.
  • Monitors overall play (numbers of trips, theoretical win) of his/her Player Development player base.
  • Maintain an appropriate working knowledge of Indiana State Gaming Regulations and established Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable of property, product, promotions, and events.
  • Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Scheduling / attending dinners and events

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
  • Host experience or two (2) years in a supervisory capacity in gaming machines or table games required; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems as implemented by the company are required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications is necessary.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.
