Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Player Development Supervisor is an integral part of the Player Development leadership team, providing direct oversight and support to Casino Hosts/Hostesses, Executive Casino Hosts/Hostesses, and members of the National Casino Marketing team. This position is responsible for ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded through strategic leadership, coaching, and accountability. The Player Development Supervisor works closely with team members to drive increased guest frequency, play volume, satisfaction, and brand loyalty among both coded and non-coded guests. Reporting directly to the Player Development Manager, the Player Development Supervisor monitors daily outreach activities, guest engagement efforts, and the implementation of personalized service strategies while ensuring all team members adhere to Ho-Chunk Gaming policies and standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.
ESSENTIAL:
1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
2. Must be bondable and be able to hold a gaming license through employment.
3. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and, at a minimum, liability auto insurance.
4. No tipping or gratuity will be permitted for this position.
EXPERIENCE:
To be eligible for this position, you must have one year of supervisory or team lead experience and meet one of the following requirements, or a combination of them:
1. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the gaming industry with experience in front-of-the-house casino operations, table games, slot operations, casino marketing, and positions such as Casino Host, VIP Casino Host, or Executive Casino Host.
2. Candidates should have at least three (3) years of experience in non-gaming industry-related fields such as marketing, customer service, sales, promotions, public relations, or hospitality industry.
