Job description

Why ReachMobi?
At ReachMobi, there are no ceilings. You are the owner and architect of your career path, with no one-size-fits-all model. We are both visionaries and builders, operating without bureaucracy or red tape. Our ethos is simple: have an idea in the morning, ship it by the afternoon, and have data by the evening. No matter your role, you operate as a founder, building, scaling, and continuously growing into what’s next.

As an incubator for app studios, we provide the technology, leadership, and resources needed to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses. We don’t just build apps, we build the companies behind them and the future CEOs who lead them.

About ReachMobi

An industry-leading mobile app developer, ReachMobi works tirelessly to connect users to a mobile experience that is completely tailored around the end-user.

Our invaluable array of apps provides users with the power to transform their devices into something that perfectly aligns with their personalities and passions while enhancing functionality and customization.

Time flies here. Every day, our ‘ROI Junkies’ are committed to finding innovative ways to grow our highly-engaged audience. Our leaders drive our teams to adapt and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

What You Do

As an App Studio Manager, you will lead a cross-functional product team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for an established Android app product while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new product expansion. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of product management, monetization strategy, user acquisition, and data analysis to maximize engagement and revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management, fostering a high-performance culture, and player development to enhance user experience and retention.

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap – Establish long-term strategic goals for our Launcher product while identifying opportunities to scale and expand into new markets. Develop and refine meaningful success metrics to measure impact, guide decision-making, and ensure sustained growth.
  • Lead cross-functional execution – Manage and develop a team of 4+ across engineering, design, and marketing to execute on product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monetization strategy – Optimize and expand revenue streams, including ad monetization, subscriptions, and premium offerings to maximize LTV and profitability.
  • User acquisition & retention – Oversee user acquisition strategies across various paid and organic channels, include digital advertising, optimizing campaigns for efficiency, scale, and long-term engagement. Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, creative strategies, and budget allocation for maximum impact.
  • Product & feature iteration – Leverage data-driven insights to refine the product experience, improve key engagement metrics, and drive continuous feature development. Execute the product roadmap by prioritizing enhancements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Data-driven decision making – Utilize SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to uncover trends, measure performance, and drive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Competitive analysis & market research – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize performance & scalability – Identify new networks, traffic sources, and operational improvements to enhance overall product performance and expand market reach.

What You Need

  • Experience in product management, including user acquisition, app/product monetization, and feature development, with a proven ability to refine and grow existing products.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management and development, including mentoring, performance coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Proven track record in direct response digital marketing, including display media buying, AdWords, native advertising, and Facebook paid ads, with extensive experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across ad networks, social media, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
  • Experience with product road mapping and long-term strategic planning.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively across teams and leadership.

Values

At ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on delivering results that matter. We rely on data to guide our decisions, challenge ourselves to continuously improve, and stay focused on winning as a team. We operate without drama or ego, treating others with respect and keeping our attention on the work. Together, these values set clear expectations for accountability, collaboration, and performance across the company.

  • Data Driven: We speak in data and act on what matters. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions, and we use data to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
  • Get Sh*t Done: We move fast, take ownership, and deliver. We focus on action over process and don’t get stuck in unnecessary meetings or red tape. Everyone is empowered to solve problems, follow through, and get the work across the finish line.
  • Beat the Goat: We challenge the best and keep iterating until we win. We don’t settle for “good enough,” and we don’t wait for permission to make things better. This value reflects a relentless focus on results, the courage to take smart risks, and the discipline to keep pushing forward when things get hard. We take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt until we find the right solution.
  • No Drama, No Egos, No As*holes: Drama distracts. Ego isolates. We focus on the work. Drama is distracting, and we can’t win when ego gets in the way. We treat others with respect, regardless of title or role, and we don’t let hierarchy define how we collaborate. When we leave drama at the door and put ego aside, we create an environment where teams can focus, trust each other, and win together.
