  • Peak University - Our three-month advisor/client service training program, consisting of one-hour of training sessions every day with an experienced advisor.
  • Peak Bootcamp - Leadership and Professional Development masterclass held every day for the first month.
  • Intern Bootcamp - An additional hour each day for interns to have time with experienced advisors to get questions answered and do further advisor training.
  • Trainual - Over 120+ hours of training content built exclusively for Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. team members.
  • Sit in on client sessions
  • Mock Client Reps - Our training program provides opportunities to practice presenting financial information as an advisor would to a client.
