We're looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and help deliver a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest โœจ This role is perfect for someone who leads with positivity, organization, and accountability.

What You'll Do Leadership & Daily Operations
  • Assign rooms and staffing based on availability and workload
  • Coordinate daily with Front Desk and Maintenance
  • Conduct daily hotel walk-throughs (rooms, common areas, parking lot, sidewalks, trash areas)
  • Ensure adequate linens and supplies for daily and overnight needs
  • Monitor timeclock usage to ensure accurate scheduling

Quality & Cleanliness
  • Inspect all cleaned rooms and update room status in the system
  • Ensure all issues are corrected before rooms are released to the Front Desk
  • Review room productivity and assist with performance evaluations

Training & Team Development
  • Train new housekeepers through hands-on demonstration and feedback
  • Lead by example to promote efficiency, professionalism, and pride in work
  • Complete performance reviews and handle corrective action or terminations when necessary

Inventory & Compliance
  • Manage housekeeping storage areas and inventory (secure, stocked, and organized)
  • Ensure carts are clean, stocked, and properly labeled
  • Maintain Lost & Found logs and procedures
  • Complete all required brand, hotel, bloodborne pathogen, and bed bug training
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years of hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong guest service background
  • Positive attitude with professional verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A true team player who leads calmly and confidently
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift

  • Maintain a calm, positive demeanor at all times
