Property and Casualty independent insurance agency in the Springfield, IL area has an immediate need for a FULL time Farm/Agriculture, Commercial Account Executive. Over the last 11 years, they have developed an excellent reputation for providing client-focused solutions with high customer service for farms, agri-business, personal and commercial insurance needs.
Account Executive will be an extremely organized, self-motivated key player to the team. The Account Executive will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of agriculture and farm accounts, commercial accounts and some personal lines accounts. Account Executive will help service and retain customers. The Account Executive is responsible for managing the renewal process, prepare certificates of insurance, prepare endorsements, submissions, manage quotes and proposals, answering questions regarding coverage, manage and monitor claims along with other assigned tasks. Account Executive will develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and carrier partners. Account Executive will market submissions to carriers as appropriate and aggressively negotiate new and renewal pricing with carrier. Experience with several carriers is a plus.

Qualifications
Current P&C (Property & Casualty) License required. Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years agriculture/farm insurance experience. Looking for customer-service oriented professional with an engaging & team player attitude.
