About the Role
We are seeking a Tennis Professional to deliver high-quality instruction through private lessons, group classes, and clinics.
This role is primarily focused on coaching and player development, helping athletes of all ages and skill levels improve their technique, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all players.
Your Game Plan
Instruction amp; Coaching (70%)
  • Conduct private lessons, group classes, and clinics for players of all ages and skill levels
  • Deliver engaging, structured sessions focused on skill development and enjoyment of the game
  • Adapt coaching style to meet the needs of beginners through advanced players
Player Development amp; Feedback (15%)
  • Evaluate player performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback
  • Track progress and help players improve technique, consistency, and overall performance
  • Support player development through individualized coaching and guidance
Customer Experience (10%)
  • Build a welcoming, positive environment for players and families
  • Address member questions and provide guidance on programs, lessons, and progression
  • Promote tennis programs, lessons, and clinics to drive engagement
Facility Support amp; Administration (5%)
  • Help maintain court cleanliness, safety, and equipment organization
  • Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and player progress
Qualifications amp; Experience
  • Experience playing and/or coaching tennis at a competitive or instructional level
