Job description

Capital City Christian Church is seeking a Worship Resident to join its growing team in Frankfort, Kentucky. This residency provides hands-on experience in worship ministry, intentional leadership development, and one-on-one coaching. Schedule is flexible, between part time to full time hours. Residents will gain practical ministry experience while serving alongside an experienced staff, developing both their musical leadership and pastoral skills in a collaborative church environment. This opportunity is designed for someone who is passionate about leading others in worship and preparing for a lifetime of vocational ministry.
