Job description

As a Support Staff / Busser at MAR Y SOL, you will work closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure the dining room is polished, organized, and running smoothly throughout service. This role is essential to delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience.
Main Duties
  • Detail all tables before service begins, ensuring place settings are neat and organized
  • Ensure proper table settings and china are used for various services
  • Stock all service stations upon arrival and maintain throughout service (plates, glassware, silverware, water service)
  • Clear tables between courses, removing plates, silverware, and glassware efficiently
  • Wipe down and reset tables for new guests
  • Complete side work before and after service
  • Remove dirty linen from stations and ensure trash is emptied and clean

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude; strong team player
  • 1+ year of experience as a restaurant Busser or Support Staff preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Availability to work WEEKENDS ONLY (Friday-Sunday)
