Job Summary
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and monitor patient progress. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals will be invaluable in promoting positive outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.
