Job description

REV Copack, a leading beverage co-packing facility in Pittston, PA, is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our Morning MID SHIFT (3PM-11PM). Join our 50-person dynamic team that handles the production volume of a much larger plant, serving top brands like Monster Energy, Celsius, and Kirkland.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production equipment operates efficiently and with minimal downtime. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting our production team to meet and exceed our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery to minimize breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems promptly and execute repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to maintain equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report on machine performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Work the assigned shift from 3PM to 11PM, ensuring coverage during peak production hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in mechanical maintenance preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or CPG environment, preferably beverage production or similar industries.
