The Cliff House at Pikes Peak, a historic and upscale property in the heart of Manitou Springs, is seeking a talented and driven Line Cook to join our culinary team. We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated dining experience that reflects both the character of our hotel and the expectations of our guests.

Position Summary:
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in executing thoughtfully prepared dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about culinary excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items to fine dining standards, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of your assigned station
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with daily prep work including knife work, portioning, and ingredient preparation
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food products (FIFO)
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Uphold presentation standards that align with the Cliff House dining experience
  • Assist with inventory control and notify leadership of product needs
