What You'll Do:

Mount, proof, inspect, and prepare printing plates to customer specs.

✅ 2nd shift: Flexiable start time 10AM-12PM or 2PM start, 8–hour shifts, Mon-Fri
✅ Train on 1st shift for the first 30 days
✅ $18/hour | Temp-to-Hire with full benefits
✅ High school diploma/equivalent required
✅ Current resume w/ no more than 3 jobs in last 7yrs. and 3 professional references required
Manufacturing/printing/production experience a plus!

Prep negatives and photopolymer plates, run quality checks, and keep production rolling.

  • Measure and calibrate rule using dial calipers
  • Track time/materials for each job
