The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary sales and customer service representative to both existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. The driving force of this role is to provide best in class customer service and support, while also growing the customer account base. What are the key role responsibilities?
  • Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up
  • GROW! Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining your current account base
  • Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
  • Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
  • Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Oracle E1)

The base salary range for this role is $60,000-70,0000 + UNCAPPED annual profit share earnings, based on sales contributions, experience and skill level.
