RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer in Milwaukee, WI.
Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will serve as a technical leader in developing, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role plays a key role in leading and advancing structured engineering systems, improving process performance, and ensuring consistent, scalable results across operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
* Experience mentoring or developing technical talent
* Strong expertise in process development, validation, and troubleshooting
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
* Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
* Experience in plastics or injection molding is strongly preferred; However, candidates with related manufacturing backgrounds-such as machining, castings, or other complex process environments-are strongly encouraged to apply
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
