From concept through production, we leverage advanced manufacturing technologies to help our customers bring products to life. As a Mold Maker, you'll play a key role in building, assembling, repairing, and fine-tuning precision molds while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This is an onsite role.

What You'll Do

• Build, fit, assemble, and troubleshoot precision injection molds
• Perform final inspections and verify mold quality before production
• Finish and polish mold surfaces to exact specifications
• Repair molds used to manufacture plastic and metal components
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and work instructions
• Perform precision measurements using specialized inspection equipment
• Develop mold build plans, layouts, templates, and tooling aids
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move molds throughout the facility
• Identify tooling issues and communicate recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure work meets customer quality standards
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of Mold Maker experience
• Strong blueprint reading and mold assembly skills
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Red Seal certification is considered an asset

Physical & ADA Requirements

To successfully perform this role, candidates should be able to:

• Bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, lift, and move frequently throughout the workday
• Lift, move, or transfer up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, and more occasionally as needed
• Walk, stand, and remain mobile for extended periods
• Work safely in a machine shop environment with exposure to manufacturing hazards and chemicals that may require respiratory protection
• Occasionally perform computer work, including sitting, keyboarding, and handling documents
