SHIFT SUPERVISOR- EVENING SHIFT

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING, INTERNATIONAL EXPANDING CO.

*EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF WORK!

GROWING-EXPANDING INTERNATIONAL COMPANY THAT HAS NEVER DOWNSIZED.

**THIS COMPANY PAYS ON A WEEKLY BASIS, WEEKLY PAYCHECKS!

**ANY OVERTIME IS 1 1/2 TIMES HOURLY BASE SALARY!

**SALARY: $35 to $39 PLUS OVERTIME (1 1/2 Times Base Hourly Salary)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Evening Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations within a growing international manufacturing company! This role is essential in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will possess Plastic Injection Molding experience, strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production personnel, maintaining safety standards and insuring production to meet quality and productivity goals.

Duties

  • Supervise manufacturing activities on the evening shift, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage assembly line, plastic injection molding technicians
  • Monitor production progress, interpret manufacturing documents, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.

Required:

  • Plastic Injection Molding experience required (either recently or in the past sometime)
  • Experience with starting and stopping Plastic Injection Molding machines
  • Experience with the Process side of Plastic Injection Molding
  • Experience Supervising up to 12 personnel at once in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of a High School Degree or GED.
  • Prior experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience implementing safety protocols.
  • Experience with managing line personnel in a plastic injection molding environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge tied with interpreting technical documentation.
