Job description

We are a fast-paced, very vertically-integrated company, which means you will get exposure to many different processes such as plastic injection molding, assembly and automation, and surface mount technology.  Our ideal candidate will have experience working with injection molding machines, and we can train on the rest! 

1st Priority – Production Equipment Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to all production equipment
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance on all production equipment
• Monitor and maintain safety features on all production equipment
• Display a general knowledge of the Injection Molding Process
• Coordinate contract and field service work as needed
• Perform on site work requests

2nd Priority – Facility Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and make repair as needed to building systems
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance to critical building systems
• Flex into Facilities A Tech role as needed
• Coordinate contract and field service work as needed

3rd Priority – Continuous Improvement
• Utilize PDCA to solve problem and drive improvements
• Execute 5’s procedures and standards

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training
• Maintenance technician or journeyman certification

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years as a maintenance technician
