Job description

We are hiring an experienced Material Handler to support plastic injection molding and warehouse operations. This position ensures raw materials, colorants, regrind, and packaging supplies are delivered, staged, and replenished accurately and on time.

Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Move, stage, and replenish production materials
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dryers, loaders, and blenders
  • Verify materials, labels, lot numbers, and inventory transactions
  • Follow FIFO and inventory-control procedures
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and labeling
  • Perform local deliveries, vendor pickups, and facility transfers
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Complete material and shipping documentation accurately

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
  • 2+ years of forklift experience required
  • Valid California Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • General computer skills; ERP or shipping software experience preferred
  • Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and material labels
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

In-house forklift certification is available.
