Job description

I.F. Associates is a small, well established manufacturer since 1977, located in the Central Jersey Shore area in the plastic injection molding industry. We specialize in creating high-quality products for a wide range of industries but we have a focus on medical molding and tight tolerance components. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a Plastic Injection Process & Mold Technician to join our team.

General Accountabilities

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Plastic Injection Process & Mold Technician to manage and optimize injection molding processes, maintain molds, and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mold set-up, troubleshooting, and process optimization, ensuring that production runs efficiently and safely. Knowledge of machine shop equipment would be great but we are willing to train if necessary. This position will be exposed to all facets of the manufacturing process and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership in what they do and continue to learn and grow in plastic manufacturing. Quality is a must at this company so attention to detail and dedication to see projects to completion are important. Willing to train for the right candidate so if you are technically minded and interested in capable of learning quickly we can train as necessary.
