What You’ll Do

As a Tool Maker, you will:

  • Perform high-precision CNC machining and related programming
  • Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Utilize a wide range of general tool room equipment
  • Work independently with minimal direction while maintaining strong organizational practices

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience inhigh-precision CNC machining
  • CNC programmingexperience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Solid blueprint reading and tool room equipment knowledge

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree inMachine Tooling Techniquesor equivalent experience
  • Experience or knowledge ofinjection molds(preferred)
  • Journey Worker’s License(highly preferred)
