Plastering Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing plastering projects on construction sites or within building maintenance operations. They manage teams of plasterers, coordinate schedules, ensure work meets quality and safety standards, and handle budgeting and resource allocation. Plastering Managers also liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
