Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.


  • Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
  • Perform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field. Must be able to demonstrate some level of independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments.
  • Ability to adhere to standard safety procedures and practices
