Laser Operators

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Saw and Laser Operators for full time work in Topeka, Kansas . The pay rate is $20-25 per hour or based on experience. All Operators are scheduled for 40-50 hours a week . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of laser equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely production schedules.
  • Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques for assembly tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary.

Skills

  • Proficient in CNC laser cutting, CNC programming, and machining processes.
  • Proficient in operating table saws
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
  • Experience with electrical discharge machining, plasma cutting, press brake machines, CNC lathe, stamping press, CNC milling machine, and welding is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely.
  • Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and understand fabrication tooling requirements.
