RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads and coordinates major company industrial engineering projects, new methods, plant layouts, new equipment installations, equipment capacity analysis/utilization, manpower planning, which includes construction and implementation of labor standards, ergonomic improvements, productivity improvement and standard labor cost construction.
  • Applies a high degree of product knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide the company direction to improve efficiency and production capability to maximize profitability.
  • Provides the plant operations groups with solutions on equipment layouts and plant capacities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
  • A pattern of initiative.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • An understanding of the DMAIC process and ability to use these skills for continuous improvement.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. 
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
