Do you want to be part of a winning, growing, and innovative company? ย  FlexXray is looking for a Plant Operations Supervisor in the Nampa, ID area.The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inspection processes, ensuring that inspection goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are met by managing workflow, staff, and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Key duties involve planning, scheduling, and organizing the inspection team's tasks, monitoring workflow to maintain efficiency and quality, troubleshooting issues, and coaching staff to improve performance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of a Plant Manager:
  • Monitors FlexXrayโ€™s compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards โ€“ Notify Plant Manager of non-compliant practices.
  • Manage, maintain, and implement FlexXrayโ€™s Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) โ€“ Recommend update to Plant Manager.
  • Manage, maintain, and implement FlexXrayโ€™s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program โ€“ Recommend updates to Plant Manager.ย 
  • Monitor x-ray, dud detection and bundle line compliance with FlexXrayโ€™s SSOP and HACCP programs. ย 
  • Coordinate corrective action with the Inspection Line Leads.ย  Brief Plant Manager on corrective action taken and document.
  • Review inspection reports for quality and conformance to FlexXrayโ€™s procedures โ€“ Turn reports into the front office daily โ€“ Recommend change(s) to Plant Manager.
  • Review inspection line seed logs for quality and conformance to FlexXrayโ€™s procedures. Turn reports into the front office daily - Recommend change(s) to Plant Manager.
  • Review temperature log for quality and conformance to FlexXrayโ€™s procedures.
  • Review contaminates retrieval reports for quality and conformance to FlexXrayโ€™s procedures.
  • Monitor secure storage of site approved cleaning products.ย  Ensure that Materiel Safety Data (MSD) sheets are posted for each approved product.ย 
  • Monitors effectiveness of FlexXrayโ€™s Pest Management Program and coordinate service needs with Plant Manager.
  • Implement a โ€˜Deep Cleaningโ€™ schedule for the warehouse perimeter, inspection equipment, forklift, trailers, yard mule, ceiling, and fixtures, etc., as outlined in companyโ€™s master cleaning schedule.
  • Conduct SSOP and GMP New Hire and Annual Training for: X-ray Operators, Line Leads, and Forklift Operators.ย  Maintain training forms and logs.
  • Fill in on the inspection line as needed.
  • Responsible for creating โ€œMaster Folderโ€ and โ€œProject Folderโ€ once truck is scheduled/arrives to our facilities.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Admin to monitor a projectโ€™s progress and make sure it is handled properly.
  • Plans, schedules, and monitors all work being performed.
  • Provides immediate performance feedback as required to resolve employee conflicts and assists in short-term resolution of emergency situations such as safety, attendance, and conduct.
  • Make sure outbound products are acceptable for shipping.
