The Plant Manager will guide and coordinate the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at our industrial cylinder fill plant.   • Guide all aspects of the industrial cylinder fill plant operations, ensuring thorough alignment with safety regulations and Airgas policies.
  • Lead and mentor team supervisors to provide excellent leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Investigate and report any injuries or accidents, promptly building alignment and resolving plant-related issues to maintain a safe and productive facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant, where safety rules are consistently observed and practiced.
  • Coach and support performance development as needed to encourage growth, ensuring all associates meet our excellent standards.
  • Foster understanding and address associate concerns and grievances while supporting compliance with pre-employment requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement measures for continuous improvement in production methods, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of related experience in an industrial setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the team and communicate safety and operational instructions.
  • Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, extraction, and tracking plant performance.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage a high volume of paperwork accurately, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior leadership in an industrial gas setting.
