This role serves as the primary IT owner for planogram platforms and related integrations, ensuring system stability, data integrity, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience implementing and supporting retail space planning applications and can effectively partner with Merchandising, Category Management, Space Planning, Store Operations, Data Management, and external vendors. - Collaborate with vendors, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams on system enhancements.

- Participate in on-call support as required.
Business & Vendor Collaboration

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise retail applications.
- 7+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering planogram and space planning software solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting production application issues in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting third-party SaaS and on-premise software platforms.
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:
