About the Role:

The Manager (Production) plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high-quality production output that meets company standards and customer expectations. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Manager will lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering to drive process improvements and resolve production challenges. Ultimately, this role ensures that production goals are met on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the manufacturing organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
