We hire ambitious, mission-driven people who want to tackle complex challenges and shape the future of strategic industries. Our culture is rooted in teamwork, resiliency, and integrity, with a deep commitment to operational excellence and national purpose. MP is rapidly evolving from a materials producer into a leading U.S. manufacturerโ€”and our people are driving that transformation.

  • Prepare detailed and summary schedules using Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 / Smartsheet / other scheduling platforms.
  • Identify schedule risks related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities and assist project teams in mitigation planning.
  • Support schedule compliance for partner and customer contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with capital projects, engineering, and procurement teams on project setup and master data maintenance.
  • Track equipment installation and commissioning progress and provide schedule inputs needed for cost control and in-service date alignment.
  • Participate in project closeout reviews to capture lessons learned and future improvements.
  • Support development of capital project scheduling processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the creation of portfolio-level dashboards.
  • Occasional travel to subcontractor or vendor locations.
