They create strategies, manage schedules, and ensure that all planning processes align with company objectives and deadlines. Planner Managers often supervise a team of planners, analyze data to improve efficiency, and work closely with other departments to resolve issues. Their goal is to optimize operations, minimize delays, and support successful project or production outcomes.

Do you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, and cost is critical to success? If so, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity with Nufarm.

Nufarm. Evolving Ag.

Nufarm is a global crop protection and seeds technologies company that helps farmers and businesses meet the global challenges of food, feed, fibre and food production. Whether it’s commercializing the world’s first plant-based omega-3, launching precision agricultural solutions, unlocking biomass oils for more sustainable fuels and fast-moving consumer goods, or delivering innovative crop protection and seed solutions, Nufarm is evolving with agriculture to drive value for customers.

Own Your Growth at Nufarm

As our Regional Supply Planner Manager, you will lead the regional supply planning function and play a critical role in ensuring the right balance between demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer service across our manufacturing, tolling, and distribution networks. You will drive the adoption of planning best practices, enhance planning capabilities, and ensure operational resilience through effective supply chain orchestration and integrated business planning.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence key business decisions, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and partner closely with stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commercial teams, and global planning functions.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

  • Lead and develop the regional supply planning team, fostering capability, accountability, and consistent planning practices.
  • Own regional supply planning processes, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions through integrated business planning.
  • Drive demand and supply balancing activities, developing decision-ready scenarios and managing service, inventory, cost, and revenue trade-offs.
  • Lead capacity planning, network planning, and supply allocation decisions to optimise operational performance and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production planning governance across the region.
  • Manage inventory performance, working capital, product lifecycle planning, and SLOB reduction initiatives.
  • Champion planning governance, data quality, process standardisation, automation, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen overall planning maturity and capability.

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded supply chain professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience within supply operations, supply planning, or a related supply chain environment.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated business planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience within the agricultural, crop protection, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.

What We Offer
