Job description

Help X-ES deliver on its promise to provide high-quality products and service. By serving as a necessary bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, our Quality team helps the company maintain compliance with quality management system requirements. Quality Engineering Co-Ops will collaborate with a variety of departments to resolve quality-related issues and achieve cross-discipline process improvements. Typical work includes applying critical thinking skills to root-cause analysis, making improvements to documentation materials, and ensuring process conformity by coordinating and conducting internal audits.
This position is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility for a Spring/Summer 2027 Co-Op (January-August 2027) or a Summer/Fall 2027 Co-Op (May-December 2027). This typically requires students to take a semester off of school to accommodate.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing ability
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or another Quality Management System (QMS) is a plus
  • Experience with statistical process analysis methods a plus
