Overview
The Retirement Plan Solutions Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day to day administration of Retirement Plan Solution accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to Retirement Plan Solutions Advisor, Managing Director/Director as needed
  • Process participant distributions
  • Process participant contributions
  • Track receipt of participant contributions and loan payments
  • Communicate with Plan Sponsors regarding various Plan matters as needed
  • Responsible for various administrative duties such as ordering supplies, preparing REC forms, preparing reports/packets for meetings/proposals, account reconciliation and other duties as needed
  • Scan RRPS documentation into IS View
  • Assist plan participants daily via phone or email correspondence
  • Assist auditors as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products including outlook, word, and excel
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who can resolve problems with a minimum of supervision
  • Excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with internal and external clients
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
