As a Business Experience & Plan Manager within PNC's Technology - Presidents CIO Group/Collaboration & Enablement organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX.
As a Business Experience & Plan Manager you will serve as a strategic and tactical leader, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drives numerous strategic reporting requests, including both regularly scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
- Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic reporting for multiple audiences, spanning up to the PNC President
- Leads workforce strategy analysis and supports execution of related initiatives
- Develops standardized templates to drive consistency across all Lines of Business and data teams within the President's CIO Group
- Ensures collaboration and alignment across multiple teams to present a single, cohesive view from the President's CIO Group
- Facilitates working sessions with diverse stakeholders to communicate insights, explain strategy, and drive organizational change
- Acts as a strategic change agent, delivering incremental tactical improvements as well as large-scale transformation initiatives
- Manages and drives execution of strategic reporting efforts, including direct oversight of a small team (2-3 team members)
- Partners across multiple organizational levels, tailoring messaging and presentations based on audience needs

  • Coordinates and supervises cross-functional teams to improve line of business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive business objectives.
