About the Company Plan B Sales, Inc. is a premier distributor of licensed motorsports merchandise and diecast collectibles. We pride ourselves on being the "Plan B" for collectors and retailers alike, providing a massive inventory and top-tier service to the racing community. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our Neosho-based team and help us provide an exceptional experience for our enthusiasts.

The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be managing the flow of orders and information through our digital platforms. We need someone who is as comfortable with a keyboard as they are with a conversation.

Key Responsibilities * Omnichannel Support: Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms regarding orders, pre-orders, and product availability.

  • Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer orders within our eCommerce and inventory management systems.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with website navigation, account logins, and checkout issues.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor shipping statuses and coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of new diecast releases and racing schedules to better assist our collector base.

Qualifications & Skills * Strong Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are a must) and the ability to learn internal eCommerce software quickly.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to handle a high volume of data and multi-task between different software windows efficiently.
  • Local Presence: Must be able to commute to our Neosho, MO office.
  • Passion (Bonus): A background or interest in NASCAR, dirt racing, or collectibles is a huge plus!
