Job description

Position: Oracle Developer/ PL/SQL DEVELOPER
Location: Sacramento, CA Or Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration: 17 + months
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Each resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing systems design, development, testing, and implementation on systems using Oracle 12c or later RDBMS and PL/SQL.
  • At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years in developing and implementing applications developed for law enforcement or justice organizations.
  • At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years developing information technology technical documentation.
  • Each resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years in deployment, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multi-tier automated systems.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and implementing database applications under DOJ's CJIS Control and CLETS or similar telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the DOJ open systems environment and architecture.
  • Knowledge of the DOJ ACHS system, business requirements, and functions.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years providing formal knowledge transfer and/or training sessions for state staff.

Education: Bachelor's degree in an information technology or related field.
