This role centers on building meaningful relationships with families and children (ages 0–18), identifying their needs, and executing high-quality programs that foster a strong, lifelong connection to Jewish life and values.
Key Responsibilities
Family Outreach & Development
· Serve as the primary point of contact for families with children.
· Design and implement strategic initiatives for children (0–18), their parents, and grandparents.
· Build and maintain relationships with families, identifying and cultivating volunteers to support programs and events.
Early Childhood Engagement (Ages 0–11)
· Manage all aspects of PJ Library (ages 0–8) and PJ Our Way (ages 9–11).
