As a Pizza Chef, you will be the trained expert responsible for crafting exceptional handmade pizzas with precision, knowledge, and proficiency across all aspects of food preparation. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality directly impact our customers' dining experience. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to excellence.
  • Prepare and bake pizzas according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality specifications, ensuring consistency and excellence with every product
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pizza dough preparation, fermentation techniques, and proper handling to achieve optimal texture and flavor profiles
  • Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
