Opportunity Details
We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient practice at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington in Washington, DC. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality mental health care while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient mental health care to adult patients with various psychiatric and addiction disorders
  • Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $140,000 - $155,000

Qualifications
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • 3-5 years of experience as a PMHNP
  • Active or eligible Washington, DC nurse practitioner license

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
