Job Description
The Department of Music at Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for a position of part-time Adjunct Lecturer.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach applied oboe
  • Teach some units of Woodwind Techniques

Qualifications
  • Appropriate master's degree required
  • Substantial professional experience as a performer
  • Experience in university-level teaching preferred
  • Ability to relate well with students and faculty in a regional institution within an environment of shared governance
  • Ability to relate to the general public and area music teachers

Job Type: Unclassified, Adjunct Faculty, four-month appointment
Appointment Duration: Semester
First Consideration is May 15, 2025
