The Athletics Department at Concordia University Wisconsin, a private NCAA DIII institution in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Coach in the women's lacrosse program. This is a part-time, seasonal position reporting to the program's Head Coach and further to the Director of Athletics. Assistant Coaches at CUWAA fulfill the Athletics Department mission to inspire a Christian culture of academic and athletic excellence by embracing the mission of the University: developing the mind, body and spirit of our student-athletes. • Provide position-specific instruction (pitching)
• Help practice plan for defensive drills.
• Help coordinate team drills.
• Attend practice and games.
• Support and integrate the mission and values of Concordia University within the program.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of women's lacrosse and ability to transfer knowledge to others
• Ability to manage student-athletes and facilitate team dynamics
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a driver check.
• Supportive of mission and core values of the CUWAA Athletics Department.
• Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).

Bachelor's Degree and collegiate playing experience or coaching experience is preferred.

This is a part-time, seasonal position paid by way of bi-monthly stipend throughout the duration of the sport/program season. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. This position is not eligible for employee benefits.
