Job description

The Intern – Ticket Sales will provide support for the Ticket Sales department by assisting with various operational duties throughout the office as well as during game days. This position will provide exceptional customer service as well as maximizing ticket sales and ticket revenue opportunities.  This Internship is in person at the ballpark beginning in October and will go through the following season. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist sales staff with the setup and execution of special events such as the Amateur Baseball Program, Theme Night Distribution, Concert wrist banding, and Season Seat Member Experiences
  • Fulfill ticket orders using Pro Venue ticketing platform
  • Monitor and update group sales inventory database for All-Inclusive Areas and Suites on a regular basis
  • Facilitate pregame custom tailgates on game days by greeting and escorting early entry vehicles to their custom tailgate spaces and troubleshooting any issues
  • Act as a customer service representative in group sales All-Inclusive areas on game days ensuring spaces are properly set up as well as obtaining any feedback throughout the game and working with Ticket Sales staff to resolve issues or fulfill requests
  • Provide other administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department

The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in customer service, as well as the ability to organize and analyze data. Candidates with the ability to communicate effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds are preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and MBBC satisfactory driving record.

Our Interns are responsible for both non-game day and game day duties that assist the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club in making American Family Field one of the top entertainment choices in the Midwest.
