Familiarity with heavy machinery, site management software, and safety certifications like MSHA are typically required. Attention to detail, teamwork, and strong problem-solving abilities are valuable soft skills in this role. These competencies are crucial to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations in a physically demanding environment.
