Position Overview

One Step Ahead, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential support to students in a school setting in Piscataway, New Jersey. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents through effective interventions and collaboration with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals. The salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children, ranging from elementary to high school levels, dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications
