We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated Estimator who excels in both verbal and written communication. Your role will be pivotal in preparing detailed cost estimates for public works and private construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all financial and technical aspects are thoroughly and accurately accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for pipeline construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members across departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Conduct site visits for accurate project cost estimation.
  • Prepare comprehensive bids and maintain bid files.
  • Develop full-scope estimates, understanding the risks and opportunities in bid documents.
  • Strong focus on pipeline methods, with a requirement for proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding pipeline construction techniques.

Qualifications:
