PIPEFITTING FOREMAN

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Pipefitting Foreman to lead and supervise pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pipefitters and apprentices.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Plan work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Monitor productivity and maintain quality workmanship.
Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and job site inspections.
Coordinate with superintendents, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
Order materials and manage equipment and tools on the job site.
Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of pipefitting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial piping systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
Experience with welded, threaded, grooved, and Victaulic piping systems.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
