MECHANICAL INSULATION MECHANICS / PIPE, DUCT & EQUIPMENT INSULATORS NEEDED

(3 - 5+ Years Experience Preferred + English Required ) (Projects located in VA, MD, & D.C.)

**We have a project in Anne Arundel County, MD (that should be starting in January 2026) that will pay equal to the required hourly job rate (hourly rate + benefits/fringes) of $58.69/hour for this project (while on-site)! We specialize in mechanical pipe, duct, and equipment insulation in both the commercial and light industrial sectors in the DC Metro Area (Virginia, Maryland, & D.C.). We are known for our quality and superior service provided to our customers. We work in hospitals, medical buildings, schools, retail stores, and many commercial buildings that many people go into on a daily basis. As a part of our team, for example, you'd be helping to make sure the operating room is at the required 62 degrees for the many life altering, if not life saving surgeries.

We need experienced mechanical insulators that take pride in their work, are reliable, and who want to be part of a team!

We are seeking Experienced (3 - 5+ years), Reliable & Motivated Mechanical Insulation Mechanics & Helpers/Jr. Mechanics to add to our team. Our projects are located in Virginia, Maryland, & D.C. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems for HVAC, piping, and equipment.

ALL Candidates should have a strong work ethic/be reliable, great attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Pay will depend on experience; generally $18/hr - $30/hr, with the exception of "wage scale" projects paid at the rate required by the project, right now, up to $58.69/hour (combined hourly + fringes)!!

    • Any construction experience is helpful
  • Must have 5 YEARS MINIMUM Mechanical Insulation EXPERIENCE for Higher Pay Positions
    • Competency Test(s) of your Knowledge/Skills Will Be Required
  • You MUST Speak ENGLISH
    • IF you can speak English & Spanish that is a Big PLUS!!

  • You MUST have or be able to get a "REAL ID" from your state of residence
