Position Description
Operators will complete all stages of copper pipe processing. This will include handling of raw material using fork trucks, pallets jacks, and hand loading. Operators will be required to master all machinery used in copper pipe processing. This will include small and large diameter benders, tube cutters, tube punches, and t-drill machines. Operators must pass all in-house brazing courses and complete varying brazes throughout the workday.

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:30PM
Pay: Starting Rate is $24.23/hour after 9 months the pay rate will increase to $26.23
Shift differential: 2nd shift $1.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup copper bending, cutting and punching machines to meet print requirements.
  • Setup T-drill machine to meet print requirements.
  • Measure finished copper to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Trouble shoot all machinery to help diagnose any errors.
  • Work from a provided schedule to ensure proper delivery to lines.
  • Complete all require preventive maintenance task on all machine.

Required Education & Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in pipe processing or similar manufacturing role (experience with copper piping preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for cutting and bending.
  • Knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration piping systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • High school diploma of GED required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
