Your Impact

As a Multi-Craft Journeyman, you ensure high-quality products leave our facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing industrial machinery. Your work keeps production efficient, safe, and reliable, directly affecting items people use every day. You collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and external partners to optimize mechanical systems, reduce downtime, and deliver consistent, dependable products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery
  • Apply preventative and predictive maintenance to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Support efficient, high-quality production through cross-team collaboration
  • Maintain clean, safe workspaces and document maintenance activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll Bring:

  • 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) with industrial journeyman’s card required
  • Dual trade (Millwright & Pipefitter) journeyman’s card preferred
  • Certified Millwright or Pipefitter with 5 years of experience
  • Willingness to continue education to become a dual-trade journeyman performing both Millwright and Pipefitting duties
