Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and deepening relationships with some of the world's most respected brands. You will own the full client journey from initial platform adoption through long-term strategic growth, ensuring clients unlock maximum value from the BN Influencer platform and consistently expand their employee advocacy programs.
You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, translating client business goals into tailored platform strategies, driving adoption at every stage, and identifying opportunities to deepen the partnership over time. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to how BN scales and refines its client experience.
Client Relationship Building & Growth
  • Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and trusted advisor.
  • Deeply understand each client's business objectives, organizational structure, and success metrics to deliver proactive, tailored guidance.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by consistently demonstrating program value and anticipating evolving needs before they become issues.
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities-upsell, cross-sell, and program growth-across your account portfolio.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, from day-to-day practitioners to executive stakeholders.

Platform Strategy & Adoption
  • Develop and execute customized adoption strategies that guide clients from onboarding through full platform integration and long-term engagement.
  • Lead enablement sessions and ongoing training to ensure clients and their teams are confidently using BN Influencer to its fullest potential.
  • Translate client business goals into platform-specific strategies that drive measurable outcomes across the marketing funnel.
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to surface client feedback, advocate for platform enhancements, and keep clients ahead of new features.
  • Monitor platform usage data to proactively identify adoption gaps and develop targeted plans to close them.

Strategy Development & Execution
  • Own the development and execution of advanced employee influencer program strategies, mapping client objectives to scalable, outcomes-driven solutions.
  • Lead QBRs, growth planning sessions, and program maturity conversations that reinforce BN's role as an indispensable long-term partner.
  • Deliver consultative thought leadership that positions BN at the center of clients' employee advocacy and creator marketing strategies.

Project Management
  • Direct cross-functional teams in the execution of complex programs, managing concurrent workstreams and ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Define success metrics, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Asana), maintaining accountability across internal teams.
  • Mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and adapt plans dynamically to meet shifting priorities and client expectations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role within marketing, advertising, social media, or SaaS tech platforms, with a track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep, lasting client relationships and grow accounts over time.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to translate client business needs into platform-specific solutions.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills; comfortable navigating enterprise organizations and managing competing priorities.

Pay Rate:
$60,000-$85,000 base salary
